Payments may be due upon acceptance of an estimate, at project milestones, or upon completion, as specified in your documentation. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services.
Third-Party Products & Services
In providing the Services, we may recommend or utilize third-party products, such as specific sealants, backer rods, or access equipment, and we may reference third-party suppliers or manufacturers ("Third-Party Services"). Any warranties on these products are provided solely by the manufacturer or supplier.
If you use or rely on any Third-Party Services, you understand that:
- Any use of a Third-Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for third-party websites, products, or services.

Access & Client Responsibilities

Neither Advanced Caulking Technology, L.L.C., nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, as results are subject to factors beyond our direct control, including building movement, substrate conditions, weather, and maintenance.
